Open to home-based providers who do not have a current certificate or have a certificate expiring in 6 months or less. 

Virtual First Aid/CPR Training Process: You will need to have an internet-connected computer, tablet, or web-enabled phone and web camera (a built-in laptop, tablet, or phone camera is adequate). Your instructor will present the course information, answer your questions, demonstrate skills, and observe you performing skills. Upon completion of virtual training, you’ll complete a written examination and will be issued your authorization certificate. 

If you register for the Virtual Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED with CT Supplemental Materials, you are required to schedule the SKILLS TEST appointment after the training. Appointments are held at the following locations: East Hartford, Willimantic, Middlebury, New Haven, Old Saybrook, and Danbury. Visit the vendor’s website to make your SKILLS TEST appointment.
